Fan Bingbing does it again

Last year Fan Bingbing exploded across the world of diva-starved masses in her yellow embroidered dress. This year she goes with red gown embroidered with white cranes. Her high bouffant hairdo, smoky eye shadow and signature redder than red lipstick complete the look.

According to ifeng she is shaking hands with the French Minister of Culture and Communications, Frederic Mitterand although that looks more like Bernard Brochand the Mayor of Cannes staring down the front of her dress.
