Yao Chen at Lanvin, Paris Fashion Week

Elber Albaz is almost always described as "a Moroccan born Israeli designer" which he is. He also is a chubby little teddy bear and designer for couture house Lanvin for ten years, an anniversary they celebrated with a huge show at the Fall/Winter 2012 Paris Fashion Week. Among the glitterati there were Yao Chen and Maggie Cheung.

Yao Chen had a bit of a deer in the headlights look--which makes sense because much of her time there was spent with very bright camera lights shining at her. Maggie was relaxed--mega fashion shows are nothing new for her.

Here is Albaz keeping a (sidelong) eye on Yao Chen. A being that might be right out of "The Triumph of Death" by Pieter Bruegel photobombs the picture.

A couple of shots of the crowd. I think that is Dita Von Teese in the background waiting for her turn in the spotlight in the first picture.

A big jeweled cross on a heavy chain is a perfect accessory for her snake-printed outfit.
